Figured Out The Name For My Next Short Film
Just figured out the title for my next short film. It's gotten me really excited and back into writing the damn thing!

The movie's name is Dead Soul, and it's going to be a 30-45 minute short film shot on a VHS Omnimovie PV-320. The synopsis isn't going to be released until I start filming, which will hopefully be really soon.

Plus I'm producing a documentary on Dead Soul called In The Making as an extra, explaining the trials and tribulations of making the short film in Temecula California. Exciting yeah?
Moneytron 3000 + Backstory
This has been waiting to be uploaded onto the internet for a while now-and I've finally had enough time to do it-so now I bring to you, the video Moneytron 3000.

Backstory - Okay, my friend Gesty Linaga wanted me to help him with his Econ video project so I decided to do the editing for him. But when he gave me the footage for the video, I didn't really have much to work with except for a few scenes that didn't really connect each other.

Added on to this, the project was about a week late so either way, their teacher would be giving them a 50% at the most, but that's only if the video was amazing. Unfortunately it wasn't looking too well from the footage that Gesty showed me-and Josh needed at least a 50% to even think about passing the class.

Feeling bad, me and Kevin Guerra decided to take the video and make it the best that it could possibly be, so we spent all night doing voice overs and what-not and made this commercial-type video for the Moneytron 3000.

After it was given to Gesty's teacher, Mr. Martinelli, he loved it so much that he gave them both an A and showed the video to his class twice, and replacing his older example of once loved video from Albert Ratkay with the Moneytron 3000.

So there you go, that's the story. In one night, thanks to my editing powers and me and Kevin's dark comedy, we were able to put together something that one fell swoop saved Josh from repeating his senior year, made the impossible possible, and made history.

And with that, I give you the history of the Moneytron 3000
Darkwoods Con Film Fest
Planning on entering the 2010 Darkwoods Con film festival in Kentucky by making a VHS short film for it.

Still gotta make a script for it though. We'll see if I'm really going to be entering since the deadline is on the 10th of January.
My AMV Days Part 1
Not having any ideas to make videos with, and also not having people to film yet, I decided to move onto the next best thing I could think of, which was to make AMV's about my favorite cartoon show at the time (and still is) Invader Zim.

They weren't great and orgasmic like the ones you could now find on Youtube on Naruto and whathaveyou, but it helped me learn more about the basic methods of editing.

This is my first Animated Music Video-and as you can tell upon watching it, I didn't mute the sound happening in the television show, which gave a kind of cool effect now that I think about it, but it would have worked a lot better if I had taken it out.

Nonetheless, here's my first AMV-paying a tribute to Blink 182 and Invader Zim.
